Job Title: Electrician Industry: Real Estate Location: Mohali Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2–3 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Electrician with 2–3 years of experience in real estate or construction projects. The ideal candidate will handle the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems across our residential and commercial properties and construction sites. Key Responsibilities: Install and maintain electrical systems in newly constructed residential and commercial buildings. Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of electrical wiring, fixtures, switchboards, panels, and other systems. Identify and rectify electrical faults during project execution or post-handover maintenance. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and layout plans. Coordinate with civil, plumbing, and HVAC teams on-site to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure adherence to all electrical safety codes, standards, and regulations. Maintain documentation of completed work, materials used, and service records. Support site team during handovers and post-sale maintenance. Required Qualifications: ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. 2–3 years of hands-on experience, preferably in real estate or construction projects. Familiarity with real estate electrical needs, including load distribution, concealed wiring and lighting design. Good knowledge of safety protocols and local electricity board regulations. Ability to use electrical tools, testing devices and equipment effectively. Desired Skills: Ability to work independently at construction sites and completed properties. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Team player with coordination and communication abilities. Willingness to travel across different project sites. Work Environment: Work will involve both under-construction and ready-to-move properties. Must be willing to work on-site, including occasional weekends or emergency calls.
