Electrical Technician(C License) @ Manali chennai

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Technician to join our team in Manali, Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical faults, and ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all electrical systems. A strong background in maintenance documentation and adherence to work permit systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance (PM):

  Perform routine and scheduled preventive maintenance on all electrical equipment, machinery, and systems to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.

• Fault Finding & Repair:

  Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner.

• Compliance:

  Ensure all electrical work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements, including the strict adherence to the

  Work Permit System

  .

• Documentation:

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including

  log book entry

  and detailed reports of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

• Inventory Management:

  Monitor and

  maintain spares update

  for critical electrical components to ensure immediate availability for repairs.

• Teamwork & Communication:

  Possess

  good communication skills

  to effectively coordinate with supervisors, colleagues, and other departments to report on job status and suggest improvements.

• Installation:

  Assist with the installation, modification, and commissioning of new electrical equipment as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education:

  Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (

  DEEE

  ) or Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (

  BEEE

  ) in Electrical.

• Experience:

  Minimum

  3 years

  of relevant work experience.

• License:

  Must possess a valid

  "C" license

  .

• Knowledge:

  Proven knowledge and experience in implementing and working within a formal

  work permit system

  (e.g., Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space).

• Relocation/Commute:

• Ability to

  to CHENNAI "Manali "Tamil Nadu (Required).
• Ability to

  to CHENNAI Tamil Nadu (Required - Relocate before starting work).

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary:

  25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
