Electrical Maintenance Technician-E,A&B Zone (Diploma with 3-10 Years)

Major and Key Job Responsibilities / Activities responsible for

Electrical Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operation. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, ( PLCs drives, vision system, robots, conveyors and SPMs),the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues, and the capability to perform preventive maintenance tasks.

Technical /Functional

1. Perform routine maintenance Troubleshooting & repair of SPM machines.
2. In-depth knowledge & Experience in

   PLC (OMRON)

   Programming & Troubleshooting .
3. In-depth knowledge of Industrial communication Protocols like

   Profinet, Ethernet, Profibus.

4. Fixing abnormalities through Corrective Maintenance (CM).
5. Implementation of ICA & PCA.
6. Fixing Abnormalities by data driven approach.
7. Hands on experience in Vision Systems & Image processing.
8. Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PDM), analysis and Corrective actions.
9. In-depth knowledge in Robotic Pick& Place , Ultrasonic, Laser Welding , Precision Electronics ,Vaccum Technology , Vision Systems.
10. Indepth knowledge in Conveyors, Stacker cranes, AGV, Vision system, precision Dozing, Robotics (Articulated), Fluid Pumping, injectors.
11. Optimization of PM, PDM Based on Machine history.
12. Spares Management: Critical Spare identification and inventory management, Quick retrieval of spares.
13. Identification of Bottleneck or Constraint machines.
14. Achieving MTTR, MTBF, Availability Targets and Maintenance CPU.
15. Gauge calibration and maintaining their records.
16. Backup, Bypass, Quick changeover (BBQ) Identification, validation and readiness.
17. Suggest & Implement Continuous Improvement ideas.
18. Carrying out In House Repair of Electrical and Mechanical spares.
19. Experience in Powder mixing and delivery systems automation.

Industrial and General Safety

1. Ensuring safety protocols adherence during machine breakdown.
2. Deliver Technical and Safety training to Team.
3. Ensuring safety protocols adherence during machine breakdown.

TPM

1. Basic Understanding of TPM Concepts.

IT Skills

1. Hands on experience in MES/SAP systems.
2. Computer Proficiency (MS Excel, Power point).

PERSON PROFILE
