Electrical Integration Engineer

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Instrumentation and Harness Design Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining instrumentation and control systems, and electrical harnessing. This role requires a deep understanding of analog circuit design, sensor integration, and harness design, with a focus on providing high-quality solutions in complex environments.

This position is based out of Bangalore office but the candidate is expected to travel when needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Instrumentation Design and Development - Design, develop, and integrate instrumentation systems, sensors (e.g., pressure, temperature, vibraon, etc.), and measurement equipment.
• Analog Circuit Design - Design, simulate, and test, and troubleshoot analog circuits such as valve drives, filters, and signal condioning circuits.
• Harnessing and Wiring Systems - Design electrical harnesses, including cable selection, routing, and connector integration.
• Testing - Oversee the assembly, develop and execute test plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

DESIRED SKILLS

• 4-7 years of experience in analog circuit design, instrumentation, and electrical harnessing.
• Experience with harness design, cable management.

• Skills & Competencies

  :

Strong knowledge of analog electronics (amplifiers, filters, ADCs, DACs, etc.).

Proficient in circuit simulation and design tools (e.g., SPICE, LTspice, Altium).

Use CAD tools (such as AutoCAD, Zuken) to create detailed design for harness layouts, wire routng, connectors, and associated components.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
