Electrical Engineer - Design

We partner with landowners to deliver sustainable, high-quality homes in half the time of onsite construction. **Job Responsibilities:** - Lead the BIM Modeler in developing the Electrical / ELV services design. - Manage all engineering calculations for building projects. - Possess knowledge of design drawings QC checking. - Deliver detailed engineering design for electrical building services and power distribution systems. - Review technical submittals and shop drawings. - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. - Collaborate with other disciplines and develop design drawings and documents. - Effectively manage project budgets and timelines. - Communicate with clients, sub-consultants, contractors, and relevant parties. - Troubleshoot and resolve design and construction issues promptly. - Coordinate electrical materials selection with estimation and USA teams. - Collaborate with other trade teams for design issues. **Position Requirement:** - BIM Modelling knowledge is necessary. - Minimum of 10 years of experience required. - Strong technical knowledge of NEC/Building Code/UPC codes. - Experience in handling USA or other country projects. - In-depth understanding of USA design criteria, standards, and regulations. **Software Knowledge:** - AutoCAD - Revit MEP - Dialux - Bluebeam **The Perks:** ONX Homes offers competitive compensation, great benefits, and a fast-growing startup workstyle within an incredible culture.
