Electrical Draughtsman / Modeler

As an Electrical Draughtsman/Modeler for the Vadodara location with an MNC client, your responsibilities will include: - Creating drawings and documentations for Electrical Engineering - Demonstrating basic knowledge of Electrical equipment, Design codes, and standards - Preparing Electrical Layouts such as Earthing, Cable Tray, Lighting, etc., and Electrical GAD - Designing and Drawing Wiring Diagrams - Developing Electrical layout drawings for substations, control rooms, process areas, off-sites, utilities, and substations - Understanding concepts and creating SLD & schematics diagrams based on provided input - Drafting working drawings, wiring diagrams, wiring connection specifications, or cross-sections of underground cables for the construction team's instructions - Performing 2D/3D design and modeling based on input and documentation - Proficiency in AutoCAD software and preferably Autocad - 3D software knowledge - Measuring factors affecting the installation and arrangement of equipment - Creating as-built documents from inspection sketches and notes - Contributing to maintaining the Drawings/Documents/components library - Visiting proposed installation sites and drawing rough sketches of locations - Applying technical knowledge of the core domain area and tools for independent working - Collaborating effectively and communicating well in a chemical & petrochemical company environment Qualifications required for this position are: - Diploma/ITI in Electrical discipline on a regular basis - For Diploma holders: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience - For ITI holders: 10+ years of relevant experience - Certifications/Trainings in Auto-Cad 2D & Plan 3D, E3D (Optional) Please note that this position is a TPC job type with a 6-month extendable contract duration.
