Electrical Draughtsman / Modeler

As an Electrical Draughtsman/Modeler for an MNC client in Vadodara, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Creating drawings and documentations for Electrical Engineering. - Having a basic knowledge of Electrical equipment, Design codes, and standards. - Preparing Electrical Layouts such as Earthing, Cable Tray, Lighting, etc., and Electrical GAD. - Designing and Drawing Wiring Diagrams. - Developing Electrical layout drawings for substations, control rooms, process areas, off sites, utilities, and substations. - Understanding concepts and creating Single Line Diagrams (SLD) & schematics diagrams. - Drafting working drawings, wiring diagrams, wiring connection specifications, or cross-sections of underground cables for construction teams. - Performing 2D/3D design and modeling based on input and documentation. - Being proficient in AutoCAD software and preferably having knowledge of Autocad - 3D software. - Measuring factors affecting the installation and arrangement of equipment. - Creating as-built documents from inspection sketches and notes. - Contributing to maintaining the Drawings/Documents/components library. - Visiting proposed installation sites and drawing rough sketches of the location. Qualifications required for this role: - Diploma/ITI in Electrical discipline on a regular basis. - Auto-Cad 2D & Plan 3D, E3D certifications/trainings (Optional).
