Electrical Draftsman

As an Electrical Draftsman at LEDFlex Group, you will be responsible for producing accurate electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts for various projects. Collaborating closely with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders, you will ensure that all designs meet technical specifications and comply with industry standards. Your role will involve reviewing drawings, extracting take-off lengths of lighting fixtures, preparing schematics in AutoCAD, and assisting in BOQ preparation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create Detailed Drawings: Produce accurate electrical and lighting drawings, schematics, and layouts using AutoCAD or similar software. - Interpret Specifications: Translate engineering sketches, specifications, and calculations into precise drafts. - Prepare BOQs: Develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from drawings to support project planning and execution. - Perform Take-Offs: Conduct material take-offs to estimate quantities and costs for electrical and lighting components. - Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with engineers and project teams to incorporate design changes, updates, and feedback. - Organize Documentation: Maintain and organize drawing files, BOQs, and other documentation for easy access and reference. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software. - Familiarity with electrical symbols, components, and systems. - Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Review AutoCAD drawings and extract take-off lengths of lighting fixtures.,
