Electrical Drafter/Designer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Draftsman to join our organization and support our electrical contracting projects.

Job Location: Madurai (as per project requirement)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Preparation of electrical drawings in AutoCAD (2D)
• LT & HT related drawings such as:
• Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
• Panel GA drawings
• Earthing layout drawings
• Cable routing / trench layout drawings
• Preparation of drawings required for TNEI / TNPDCL approvals
• Modification of drawings based on site conditions and authority comments
• Coordination with site engineers for drawing clarifications
• Maintaining proper drawing records and revisions

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
• Minimum 2-5 years experience as Electrical Draftsman
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) – mandatory
• Basic knowledge of LT / HT systems, panels, earthing, Switchgear rating selection and cable rating selection
• Familiarity with electrical standards and approval drawings
• Ability to work independently and meet timelines

Salary:

As per experience and skill level (Negotiable)
