Electrical Drafter & BIM modeller

As an Electrical Drafter at Environmental Design Solutions (EDS), your role will involve preparing detailed technical drawings and electrical plans. You will collaborate with engineers to create accurate and compliant designs and assist in the development of sustainable, energy-efficient electrical systems. Additionally, you will coordinate with team members to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed technical drawings and electrical plans - Collaborate with engineers to create accurate and compliant designs - Assist in the development of sustainable, energy-efficient electrical systems - Coordinate with team members to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met Qualifications: - Proficiency in Electrical Design and knowledge of Electrical Plans including Electrical substation layouts and space planning with basic input of engineer - Strong understanding of Electricity principles and Electrical Engineering concepts - Experience in Technical Drawing and creating detailed schematics such as Electrical SLD, IT/CCTV and Tel Schematics, Fire alarm and PA system schematics, Quantity Take off sheets - Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy-efficient building systems - Proficiency in CAD software and relevant design tools - Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills - Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field - Revit hands-on working experience is preferred Environmental Design Solutions (EDS) is a sustainability advisory firm specializing in the built environment and High Performance Building MEP design.
