Electrical Discharge Machining Operator (EDM)

As an EDM Operator at our company in Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu, you will play a crucial role in precision machining operations. Your primary responsibility will be to operate electrical discharge machines to fabricate intricate components according to engineering blueprints. - Operate EDM (Wire Cut/Sinker) machines efficiently to produce accurate components. - Read and interpret technical and engineering drawings to understand machining requirements. - Set up jobs on the machine, oversee the machining process, and ensure quality standards are met. - Maintain the machines and the work area in optimal condition for smooth operations. - Adhere to safety protocols and quality guidelines consistently during all tasks. - ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Tool & Die, or related fields. - Freshers with a basic understanding or interest in EDM machining are encouraged to apply. - Candidates with previous experience in EDM/Wirecut machines will be given preference. - Must possess good attention to detail and a strong willingness to learn.,
