As a BIM Modeler for Electrical & ELV Systems at Zyeta, your responsibilities will include developing BIM models from the design stage to the as-built stage and coordinating with all other services. You will ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in the BIM Execution Plan and meets the BIM project workflow criteria. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing lighting, power, cable tray, conduiting layout, SLD, fire alarm, and PA layout. Quality control is a crucial aspect of this role, where you will be expected to review designs for completeness and adherence to company/project standards. You will utilize Revit to prepare schedule quantities (BOQ) for MEP services, create and modify Revit families, and keep track of major decisions (MOMs) during the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have the ability to generate various electrical layouts, sections, elevations, and details for clash detection purposes. Knowledge in fabrication drawings will be advantageous for this position, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the project requirements and deliverables.
