Electrical BIM Engineer

This will allow you to contribute to creating beautiful homes and sustainable communities in a shorter time frame compared to traditional onsite construction methods. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design knowledge of Electrical system in residential and commercial buildings - Analyzing buildings and other services to determine Electrical Points, Power distribution, earthing, and home automation systems - Electrical demand calculation for home appliances, general purpose appliances, exterior, and other MEP systems - Sound Knowledge in ELV system design for residential and commercial buildings - Preference for Revit and CAD for Electrical system design - Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA, and NBC codes for Electrical and safety systems - Team management and providing Design guidance to modelers **Qualification Required:** - BIM Modelling knowledge - Strong technical knowledge of NEC/Building Code/UPC codes in all building systems - Experience in USA project or other country project in current/previous organizations would be an asset **Software Knowledge:** - AutoCAD - Revit MEP - Dialux - Bluebeam As an inclusive employer, ONX Homes values diversity and promotes equality in its recruitment and selection processes.
