Electrical Application Engineer - SOLIDWORKS

As a SolidWorks Electrical Application Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, training, and mentoring to SolidWorks Electrical users. Your duties will include conducting product demos, technical presentations, troubleshooting installation/configuration issues, and collaborating with sales teams to offer client-focused solutions. It is essential to stay updated with the latest tools, certifications such as CSWP, CSWE, and industry trends to ensure effective support. We are seeking candidates with a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in tech support, engineering, or product design. The ideal applicant should have hands-on experience with SolidWorks Electrical, EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar tools. Proficiency in SolidWorks Electrical or equivalent CAD software is crucial. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate must possess their own conveyance for client visits and be willing to travel for customer support when required. This is a full-time position with a salary range of 18,000 - 35,000. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the job location is in person.
