I am currently working on a one person eLearning consulting startup and I'm looking for an eLearning developer with expert knowledge of customizing the Moodle platform. Knowledge of other LMS solutions is okay but primary knowledge of Moodle is most ideal.

Role Description This is a freelance remote role for an Instructional Designer. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for performing needs analysis, developing instructional designs, creating curriculum, managing learning programs, and contributing to training and development initiatives. Daily tasks include designing course content, working with subject matter experts, and evaluating learning outcomes to ensure effectiveness and engagement. Qualifications Excellent communication and collaboration skills in the English language Proven track record in Instructional Design and eLearning development Experience in Training & Development and Learning Management Experience designing and delivering onboarding courses for organizations Expertise in Curriculum Development Deep understanding of adult learning theories and game design for adult learners Strong ability to create instructional storyboards and scripts Proficiency with Adobe After Effects and other animation/visual effects tools Portfolio of past eLearning projects, including at least one onboarding course.
