Elasticsearch Developer

Job Description: As an Elasticsearch Developer at TCS, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Elasticsearch clusters to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability in AWS and Azure platforms. Your role will involve developing and maintaining Elasticsearch indices, mappings, and templates, along with monitoring and troubleshooting Elasticsearch clusters to identify and resolve performance issues. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining data ingestion pipelines using Logstash, Beats, or other ETL tools, ensuring structured and unstructured data ingestion. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage Elasticsearch clusters in AWS and Azure platforms. - Develop and maintain Elasticsearch indices, mappings, and templates. - Monitor and troubleshoot Elasticsearch clusters to identify and resolve performance issues. - Develop and maintain data ingestion pipelines using Logstash, Beats, or other ETL tools. - Migrate Elastic Pipelines from On-prem to Cloud (AWS & Azure). - Monitor Elastic infrastructure and provide necessary checks to avoid cost overshoot. - Collaborate with application teams to create or maintain pipelines. - Generate periodic reports showing status, progress, and activities. Qualifications Required: - 7 to 15 years of experience working with Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, AWS Cloud, and Azure Cloud. - Familiarity with CI/CD processes. - Good-to-have knowledge of NoSQL databases. - Strong understanding of the latest developments in Elasticsearch and related technologies.
