Qualifications & Requirements 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on back-end technologies. Proficient in PHP (Laravel) and Node.js , with exposure to TypeScript/React being a plus. Strong knowledge of command line tools , SSH keys , and common SSH workflows. Proven experience in CI/CD implementation, Git workflows, and DevOps practices. Experience with REST APIs and Websocket Connections . Deep understanding of software development best practices , coding standards, and design patterns. Excellent communication skills—ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to diverse teams. Track record of mentoring developers and leading team initiatives. Ability to solve complex problems , propose innovative solutions, and deliver results. Familiarity with frontend languages/frameworks (e.g., React.js) is highly beneficial.
