Responsibilities: Oversee energy meter testing & supervise daily production. Handle manpower, plan production & control rejections. Ensure quality products through effective supervision. Experience in using Energy meter test benches Advance skills MS office Maintenance of records Monitor process Indentify the bottelnecks and initiating to resolve Control or remove wastes (MUDA Elimination) Monitor quality standards throughout the production process, identifying and addressing quality issues. Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing solutions to minimize downtime. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and implement process changes. Generate production reports, tracking key metrics and providing updates.
