Eklavya also produces a wide range of educational and children's literature, textbooks, and other learning materials. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Associate, based in Bhopal, with some work from home flexibility. The Project Associate will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of educational programs, training resource personnel, conducting field tests, and gathering data for analysis. Other duties include collaborating with team members, contributing to the development of educational resources, and engaging with the community to enhance learning environments. Qualifications Excellent communication and writing skills Strong organizational and project management skills Experience in educational program development and implementation Research and data analysis skills Ability to work independently and in a team Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for education Background in education, social sciences, or related fields is preferred Experience working with non-profits or in the field of education is a plus
