Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Welder / Fitter to join our fabrication and assembly team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding, fitting, and assembling metal components according to technical drawings and specifications, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams Perform welding operations (MIG, TIG, ARC, etc.) on various metals and alloys Fit and assemble structural components using hand tools and power tools Measure and cut materials accurately using appropriate equipment Inspect welds and fittings for quality and compliance Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in clean and safe condition Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets
