Role & responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar rooftop and IT solutions sector. Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site surveys to assess customer requirements. Explain product features, government solar subsidy schemes, and financing options to prospective clients. Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Collaborate with the back-office team for documentation, pricing, and project coordination. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Preferred candidate profile Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Science, Commerce, or Management (preferred). 1-5 years of proven experience in sales/business development (Solar/IT sector preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (Hindi & English). Ability to conduct outdoor sales activities, including site visits and customer interactions. Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools. Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel within the region.
