Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sale s - Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into solar EPC projects. - Build long-term client relationships and manage key accounts. - Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and project costings. - Consistently achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. Project Execution & Operations - Oversee end-to-end execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. - Manage vendors, contractors, and government authorities for approvals and compliance. - Resolve technical or operational challenges during execution.
