Key responsibilities: 1. Shoot on-site videos of interiors, architecture, and execution work (including walk-throughs and construction timelapses) 2. Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media: reels, stories, before-and-after transformations, voiceovers, etc. 3. Film client interactions, designer interviews, and progress vlogs 4. Turn everyday work into engaging content that builds brand value and attracts luxury clients 5. Plan, shoot, and edit Instagram carousels and LinkedIn creatives 6. Assist in conceptualizing and designing residential buildings (villas, floors, farmhouses). b. Prepare and develop working drawings, GFCs, and detail drawings for construction. c. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams to ensure architectural intent is met. d. Develop 3D exterior massing and renderings using relevant software. 2. Interior Design: a. Create layouts, mood boards, and FF&E presentations. b. Develop interior 3D models and renders of living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and furniture. c. Work on site measurements, BOQs, and material coordination with vendors. d. Detail joinery, finishes, and custom furniture for execution. 3. Cross-functional: a.
