Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in web and mobile app development . Build strong client relationships and pitch company services confidently. Achieve monthly sales targets of ₹30 Lakhs through high-value deal closures. Develop and execute effective sales strategies (cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, partnerships, referrals). Prepare proposals, presentations, and customized solutions for clients. Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals. Maintain strong follow-ups with clients to ensure conversions. Report weekly and monthly progress to management. Requirements: Proven experience (3–6 years) in IT Sales / Business Development (Websites, Mobile Apps, SaaS, Digital Solutions) . Strong network and lead generation skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven, ambitious, and capable of achieving high revenue targets . Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored IT solutions. Comfortable working in a target-driven startup environment.
