Location: Hitech city, Hyderabad. Salary: 40,000 to 70,000 per month + High Incentives (Performance based) Target: 2-3 App Deals per month About Us: We are a growing IT solutions company specializing in websites, mobile apps (Android & iOS), and digital solutions . We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager – Sales to join our team and drive growth by acquiring new clients, closing deals, and achieving aggressive sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in web and mobile app development . Build strong client relationships and pitch company services confidently. Achieve monthly sales targets of ₹30 Lakhs through high-value deal closures. Develop and execute effective sales strategies (cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, partnerships, referrals). Prepare proposals, presentations, and customized solutions for clients. Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals. Maintain strong follow-ups with clients to ensure conversions. Report weekly and monthly progress to management. Requirements: Proven experience (3–6 years) in IT Sales / Business Development (Websites, Mobile Apps, SaaS, Digital Solutions) . Strong network and lead generation skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven, ambitious, and capable of achieving high revenue targets . Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored IT solutions. Comfortable working in a target-driven startup environment.
