Job Profile: Site Engineer Location: Multiple project sites (Pan-India as required) Department: Projects – Civil & Electrical Reports To: Project Manager / Operations Head Role Overview The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and executing civil and electrical works at EV charging stations, solar/EPC, and related infrastructure projects. The role involves ensuring quality, safety, timely delivery, and coordination between contractors, vendors, and the internal team. Key Responsibilities Project Execution Supervise daily site activities for civil (foundations, trenches, PCC/RCC, masonry, paving, canopy works) and electrical (cable laying, transformer/VCB installation, charger erection, street lighting) scope. Ensure works are carried out as per drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications. Monitor progress against schedule and report deviations. Quality & Safety Ensure compliance with IS codes, company standards, and safety protocols. Inspect workmanship, material quality, and verify contractor measurements. Maintain checklists, test reports (cube test, earth pit resistance, etc.), and inspection records. Coordination Liaise with contractors, consultants, vendors, and client representatives. Coordinate with design and procurement teams for drawings, material delivery, and clarifications. Resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily site diary, progress photographs, and manpower/equipment logs. Prepare RA bills verification, material consumption reports, and measurement sheets. Submit daily/weekly progress reports to the Project Manager. Qualifications & Skills Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Electrical Engineering. Experience: 2–5 years in site execution (experience in EV charging infra / substation / solar / industrial EPC projects preferred). Technical Skills: Knowledge of civil works (RCC, steel, finishing, paving, drainage). Electrical execution (HT/LT panels, transformers, earthing, cabling, chargers). Ability to read drawings (civil + electrical) and prepare as-built sketches. Soft Skills: Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving ability. Job Profile: Welder / FabricatorLocation: Workshop / Project Sites (Pan-India as required) Department: Fabrication & Erection Reports To: Site Engineer / Project Manager Role OverviewThe Welder/Fabricator will be responsible for cutting, welding, and assembling metal structures such as GI frames, canopies, cable trays, fencing, equipment supports, and related civil/electrical infrastructure works. The role ensures high-quality fabrication and erection as per drawings, safety standards, and project requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesFabrication & Welding Fabricate GI/MS structures, canopies, frames, brackets, gates, and fencing. Perform welding (MIG, TIG, Arc) and gas cutting as per job needs. Ensure dimensional accuracy as per fabrication drawings. Assembly & Erection Fit-up, align, and assemble structures at workshop or site. Assist in erection of canopies, equipment supports, and cable trays. Ensure proper bolting, welding, and finishing during installation. Quality & Safety Check weld joints for strength, alignment, and quality. Use proper welding rods, consumables, and techniques. Follow all safety protocols, PPE usage, and fire prevention measures at site. Maintenance & Reporting Maintain tools, welding sets, and cutting equipment in good condition. Record daily work completed and report to Site Engineer. Highlight material shortages or technical issues in advance. Qualifications & SkillsEducation: ITI / Diploma in Welding & Fabrication or equivalent experience. Experience: 1–5 years in structural fabrication, welding, and erection. Technical Skills: Skilled in Arc, MIG/TIG welding, gas cutting, grinding. Knowledge of fabrication drawings and measurement tools. Ability to fabricate independently as per drawings.
