Location: Pune About Us Ministry of Esports is Pune’s newest 4,500 sq.ft. esports and gaming café — home to India’s first MotoGP simulator & F1 racing arena, high-end gaming PCs, console lounges, VR zones, and a rooftop chill space. We're building a destination for gamers, creators, and competitive communities, and we want you to be part of that journey. What You'll Do As an Operations Intern, you’ll help manage the café experience, support daily tech and customer ops, and get behind-the-scenes exposure to gaming infrastructure, event planning, and community management. Roles & Responsibilities * Assist with day-to-day café operations and customer service * Help manage and monitor PC, console, sim racing, and VR zones * Troubleshoot basic game or hardware issues with users * Support esports tournaments and in-house gaming events * Maintain café hygiene, ambience, and station readiness * Shoot reels and content during peak hours/events Who Should Apply * Students or freshers passionate about gaming, tech, esports, or hospitality * Good with people, responsible, and quick to learn * Comfortable using PCs, consoles, and familiar with basic hardware * Content creation or event management experience
