Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Executive Sourcing role based in Coimbatore. The Senior Executive Sourcing will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, developing sourcing strategies, and identifying cost-effective and high-quality procurement solutions. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, ensuring compliance with organizational and industry standards, and working collaboratively with internal teams to meet supply chain objectives. The candidate should have a minimum of 5-7 years experience in proper sourcing of knitted fabrics. Qualifications Proven expertise in Procurement, Vendor Management, and Strategic Sourcing Strong skills in Negotiation, Cost Analysis, and Supplier Performance Evaluation Ability to conduct Market Research, Data Analysis, and Forecasting Proficiency in using ERP systems is an additional advantage Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills for building strong supplier relationships Team leadership experience and a results-driven approach Bachelor’s degree in Textile technology or Fashion technology is a must Experience in manufacturing, trading, or related industries is a plus Knowledge of sustainability practices in procurement is advantageous Please get in touch only if the requirements are met.
