About the opportunity We’re building a curated bench of Learning & Development specialists – independent consultants and boutique firms – to support delivering multiple inclusive, data-driven digital learning programs . Engagements are contract-based, remote-friendly, and cross-functional. Location & time zones Remote-friendly. Preferred time zones: India & Europe . Languages English (professional proficiency) required; French and/or German strongly preferred. Please indicate proficiency (e.g., CEFR B2/C1/C2 ). Functions (L&D only, ongoing) Instructional Designers — course design, accessibility & localization (CPLP/APTD/CELP/ATD a plus) Project Managers — multi-workstream planning, stakeholder comms, budgets/risks eLearning Developers – Articulate Storyline (ASL) — SCORM/xAPI, templates, interactions HTML5 Learning Developers — responsive UI, JS/CSS, LMS compatibility, WCAG 2.1 Learning Technologists — AR/VR, serious games, hybrid classrooms (X2O/OneRoom) Simulation Design & Delivery — ModuloPi, Laerdal SimCapture, CAE LearningSpace; skilled in scenario creation and facilitation Serious Games Designers & Devs — blend pedagogy + game mechanics to build meaningful learning experiences Data & Evaluation Analysts — Power BI , Tableau, Excel/SQL, SurveyMonkey, NVivo; experience designing feedback and evaluation frameworks Accessibility & QA — WCAG 2.1, ISO/IEC; content, navigation, multimedia checks Event & Cohort Operations (Training) — global training logistics, run-of-show Webinar Producers & Facilitators (Training) — platform setup, speaker ops, engagement Cultural SMEs & D&I (L&D) — inclusive content, imagery, and delivery standards for diverse audiences What you’ll do (varies by function) Design and deliver learning experiences and training events to measurable outcomes Collaborate with global stakeholders/SMEs across time zones and languages Build scalable templates, toolkits, and processes (content, tech, ops) Ensure accessibility, quality, and evidence-based evaluation What we’re looking for Minimum 5+ years demonstrable L&D experience (enterprise/consulting/boutique firm) Strong portfolio/case studies (links required for ID/ASL/HTML/AR-VR/games/sim) Proven remote collaboration, clear communication, and on-time delivery Bonus: multilingual delivery ( English + French/German ), regulated sectors, or large-scale rollouts Engagement & rates Contract / SOW; rate depends on role, seniority, and geography.
