Exp: 9 to 14 years with more than 5 year experience in FMCG Sector
Qualification : M.E. MTech in Industrial Safety (from Recognized and approved colleges) or Diploma in Industrial Safety from Regional Labour Institute (RLI)
Strong Hold on EHS Parameters & all legal certifications related to factories
Should be a senior and strong resource having minimum 10-14 years of experience with Good Manufacturing Industries.
Will be a higher position post so Expectations is that he should be the backfill of National SHE head position, so capability of Senior Manager level
Should be a stable candidate and served a longer tenure in industries.
Since it is EHS position, Should have experience in Environment in Addition to Safety.
ETP handling experience is must to have
(ETO operation is must)
.
The current Designation should be Manager or AM with 2-3 yrs of Experience.
Preferred if the person has worked in Uttarakhand region as he must be aware about the dealing with Govt official and his acceptability will be good.

Responsible for ensuring everyone in the company complies with Environment, Health and Safety laws.
Establishing policies that will create and maintain a safe workplace. Must have excellent attention to detail to identify hazards, also be able to discover opportunities for improving conditions and execute various EHS programs.
Ability to communicate guidelines to a multidisciplinary workforce is essential.
The goal is to ensure the workplace meets all legal expectations and actively supports occupational Health, Safety and Environment.
