About the Assignment: The Program Manager will support the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects related to public health, social development, and institutional strengthening across India. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic project environment. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination Support: Assist Project Managers and Team Leaders in the day-to-day coordination of project activities, ensuring adherence to established work plans and timelines. Data Management & Analysis Assistance: Support in the collection, compilation, and initial analysis of both primary and secondary data, utilising various tools and software such as CAPI, SPSS, or QDA Miner. Report & Documentation Support: Contribute to the drafting and finalisation of various project documents, including inception reports, progress reports, detailed project reports (DPRs), and fact sheets. Support identification and development of knowledge-based products, toolkits, handbooks, manuals etc. and their dissemination and use. Keep abreast with emerging issues and track developments in the field, analysis of information and plans of existing/new clients, programmes /projects Training & Capacity Building Assistance: Assist in organising and facilitating training programs and workshops for field staff, community members, and various stakeholders on project-specific methodologies, health practices, or program implementation. Stakeholder Engagement: Support in facilitating communication and meetings with various stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, NGOs, and project beneficiaries. Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project records, including procurement and payment data, training records, and completion certificates. This includes developing Terms of Reference ( ToRs ), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training curricula, and communication materials. Logistics & Field Operations: Support the logistical arrangements for field surveys, data collection, and training programs, including travel, accommodation, and material distribution to ensure smooth operations. Required Qualifications and Experience (Must Have): Bachelors or Masters degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Rural Development, Statistics, Management, or a related field. Demonstrated interest or experience in research, data collection, and analysis. Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., MS Excel; statistical software like SPSS is a plus). Knowledge and experience with various artificial intelligence technologies, encompassing their understanding of how these tools work, their capabilities, and how to effectively utilize them in daily workflow Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting reports, preparing presentations, and interacting with various stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse groups. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines. Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively to project sites, often in rural and remote areas across India.
