Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Section Leader at our Bawal location. The Section Leader will oversee day-to-day operations, managing and coordinating team activities to ensure production goals are met. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, liaising with other departments, and continuously identifying areas for improvement in processes and efficiency. The Section Leader will also be responsible for training new employees and maintaining accurate production records. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in production management and process optimization Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Familiarity with safety and quality assurance standards Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in a similar role within the production industry is a plus
