Job Title: Internal Audit Manager Work Location: Noida Sec-4 No. of Positions :- 2 Roles & Responsibilities: Ø Execution of Internal audit, Due Diligence assignments independently with ability to lead an audit team. Ø Preparation & presenting of audit reports highlighting key audit recommendations to management Ø Preparation of financial statements & Audit reports (Internal/Statutory/Special) Ø Understand the process of the audit area assigned including Standards on Auditing, documentation best practices and closure of the audits of the same with statutory auditors. Ø Identifying improvements & recommendations to the Management Deal with any other ad hoc statutory requirements/compliance that may arise from business from time to time. Ø SAP & ERP Ø RCM & IFC TESTING Qualification & Work Experience: Ø Qualified CA with minimum 2 years of experience with a CA Firm. Ø Awareness of reporting under Indian GAAPs including IND AS. Ø Good knowledge & skills on pronouncements by ICAI on Accounting standards AS & standards of auditing (SAP). Ø Expert knowledge of business processes, accounting, reporting and audit methodology. Ø Have the ability to work under deadlines and demanding client conditions Ø Have strong soft skills like leadership, inter personal, team and communication skills both verbal and written Ø Have certification of DISA/CISA-preferred but not required Ø Good experience of review internal controls.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant specializing in Australian Taxation, located in Sector-4 Noida. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for Bookkeeping, Reconciliations, Payroll Processing, preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with Australian taxation laws and regulations, managing tax returns for High-Net-Worth Individuals, Australian Businesses, Partnerships & Trusts, liaising with clients regarding tax matters and helping the Australian based Partner in the Statutory Audit during busy Audit Season.
