We are looking for a proactive Marketing & Sales Intern to support our on-ground market development. This role includes visiting dealers, promoting our products, collecting market insights, and supporting marketing activities that strengthen the MGrid brand. Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities Visit hardware, electrical, and tool dealers to showcase and sell MGrid products. Demonstrate key features of laser tools and accessories. Generate leads, convert dealer orders, and build long-term relationships. Support dealer onboarding and ensure product display visibility. Maintain daily visit reports, leads, and sales tracking. Marketing Responsibilities Collect market and competitor insights from dealers and the field. Assist in creating product awareness at shops and local markets. Support marketing campaigns, demos, and product activations. Capture product photos/videos at dealer locations for marketing use. Create basic reels, stories, and content for social media (if required). Requirements 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate (any stream). Good communication and presentation skills. Comfortable with fieldwork and meeting new people daily. Basic understanding of tools, construction industry, or retail sales (preferred). Smartphone required; two-wheeler preferred.
