Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Pune. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and negotiating contracts. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, attending networking events, presenting business proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals. Qualifications Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management Strong negotiation and contract management skills Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills Ability to conduct market research and develop strategic growth plans Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Prior experience in the corporate apparel industry is a plus
