What You’ll Be Doing Create a safe, happy, and engaging classroom environment for children aged 2 to 5 years. Design and deliver activity-based lessons using themes, storytelling, music, movement, art, and play. Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence through hands-on exploration. Support the development of language, cognitive, motor, and social-emotional skills in young learners. Collaborate with parents through regular communication and positive feedback. Maintain an organized and cheerful classroom that inspires learning and discovery. Coordinate with the academic team to implement and enhance the preschool curriculum. Be a warm, patient, and dependable presence in a child’s early school journey. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or Nursery Teacher Training. 1–3 years of teaching experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting (freshers with strong passion may apply). A love for working with young children, and the ability to engage them with creativity and care. Strong English communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented personality.
