Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a warm, caring, and attentive babysitter to join our daycare team. The role involves supervising and assisting toddlers and kindergarten children with daily routines and ensuring their safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise children during daycare hours and playtime.
Assist children with feeding, toileting, and handwashing.
Comfort children during nap time and ensure a safe, calm environment.
Engage children in simple play, stories, or activities under teacher guidance.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the daycare area.
Build a caring and trusting relationship with children.

Skills & Qualities Required

Patient, caring, and child-friendly personality.
Ability to handle toddlers with love and attentiveness.
Good communication and listening skills.
Experience in childcare/babysitting preferred but not mandatory.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday (Daycare hours).
Flexible to support during special programs or celebrations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
