About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct hands-on activities/experiments on STEM technologies experiments/activities for the students coming to Edutech STEM Studio. 2. Learn newer technologies and keep abreast of the latest advancements in STEM. 3. Devise lesson plans/activity plans for the students. 4. Write blogs/articles/thought papers on STEM education. 5. Add value to the company by collaborating with sales, marketing, and logistics to find ways to improve the services of Edutech STEM Studio. 6. Establish strategic collaborations with schools/ other companies to expand this line of business. 7. Devise competitions based on STEM concepts for engaging the student community. 8. Travel locally to Schools and STEM centres for sessions. 9. Coordinate with parents and students and organize successful training sessions. A bachelor's or master's degree in any technical/science stream. 2. Experiential education with computer science, electronics & mechatronics would be an added advantage. 3. Knowledge of programming languages of C, C++, Python & Java is mandatory. 4. One year or more of teaching experience with primary grade students. 5. Willingness to learn and teach newer concepts/technologies to students. 6. Excellent communication skills. 7. Ability to meaningfully engage a group of people. 8. Grasp hands-on STEM concepts. 9. Should be comfortable working with younger children (preschool to 12 years old) and handling STEM/LEGO-based club activities.
