Domain Consultant - Edutech Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Edutech Domain Consultant to drive digital transformation, innovation, and business growth within the education technology space. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Edutech industry, strong consulting skills, and a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions for educational institutions, e-learning platforms, and corporate learning programs. Key Responsibilities 1. Domain Expertise & Strategy Provide strategic insights on Edutech trends, market landscape, and emerging technologies (AI, gamification, adaptive learning, etc.). Develop and implement digital learning strategies for clients, including K-12, higher education, corporate learning, and skill development programs. Assess client needs and recommend innovative technology-driven solutions for online learning, learning management systems (LMS), content digitization, and student engagement. 2. Solution Consulting & Implementation Collaborate with product teams to define and customize learning solutions based on client requirements. Assist in designing, implementing, and optimizing Edutech platforms, LMS, virtual classrooms, and AI-powered learning systems. Work closely with technology architects and developers to ensure seamless integration of learning technologies with enterprise systems. 3. Client Engagement & Business Development Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing thought leadership on digital education initiatives. Support sales teams in pre-sales activities, including proposal development, RFP responses, and solution demonstrations. Conduct workshops, training, and presentations for key stakeholders on best practices in digital learning and technology adoption. 4. Data & Analytics Leverage data-driven insights to improve learner engagement, retention, and course effectiveness. Define KPIs and learning analytics to measure success and optimize content delivery. Guide organizations in implementing AI-driven personalization and adaptive learning methodologies. 5. Compliance & Industry Standards Ensure solutions align with education regulations, data privacy laws, and accreditation requirements . Stay updated on government policies, global education frameworks , and Edutech standards. Key Skills & Qualifications Technical & Functional Expertise Strong knowledge of Edutech platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Student Information Systems (SIS), and AI-driven learning tools . Familiarity with cloud-based learning technologies, AR/VR in education, gamification, and digital content transformation . Experience in API integrations, Edutech SaaS solutions, and EdTech ecosystem partnerships . Consulting & Business Acumen 5+ years of experience in Edutech consulting, solution architecture, or digital learning transformation . Background in education technology strategy, learning experience design, or corporate training solutions . Ability to translate business needs into technology-driven solutions . Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and presentation skills . Preferred Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Education Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Certifications in LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) or AI-driven learning solutions .
