Company Description: We are an IT company with proprietary SAAS based software tools being provided to potential clients across industries and geographies. We work with clients as their one stop technology solutions provider and help them with their needs from website to mobile apps and enterprise software such as ERP and CRM (SAAS and Customized). Requirements: Looking for a dynamic freelance professional passionate about transforming how schools adopt educational technology and digital tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the education sector—especially experience working with schools, coaching institutions, and educational leaders across India. Responsibility: You will be working closely with the company Director and will get a chance to represent the company. You will have abundant learning while the freedom to create and apply an effective sales strategy. Identify, connect with, and onboard schools and coaching institutions interested in adopting modern educational tools. Create high-quality, self-sourced leads through strong networks, research, and effective outreach strategies. Present the application to school authorities with confidence, clarity, and strategic positioning aligned with their institutional goals. Understand the operational and academic challenges faced by schools to communicate the application’s value proposition effectively. Manage time efficiently, maintaining a consistent pipeline and ensuring high productivity. Exhibit strong self-motivation and adaptability while working in a startup-style, fast-paced environment. The goal is to create a sustainable business leads pipeline through online & on-call outreach and forging strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities in consultation with the Director: · Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction · Conduct research to create new client leads - majorly schools and coaching institutions · Arrange business meetings with prospective clients · Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives · Exposure to co-create client contracts and agreements · Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Skill-sets required: · Previous working experience as a business development intern/lead/ freelancer, sales executive or a relevant role · Proficiency in English · Market knowledge (ideally Education sector will be an added plus) · Good communication and negotiation skills · Ability to build rapport · Time management and planning skills · Pursuing/ Bachelors in business administration, sales or relevant field The role will be of remote and the person will be entitled to experience certificate and incentives plan based on the performance.
