Role & responsibilities Understand students profiles, interests, and goals to recommend suitable programs and destinations. Counsel students for study abroad options and assist in the admission process. Provide guidance on course selection, eligibility, and visa requirements. Maintain follow-ups and convert inquiries into enrollments. Coordinate with universities and ensure timely application submissions. Convert leads into successful admissions. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree. 1+ years of experience in overseas counseling or student advisory roles. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM/lead tracking tools). Knowledge of international education systems is a plus. Prior experience with MBBS Abroad or medical admissions. Fluency in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus). Immediate joiners or candidates willing to relocate to Hisar.
