Role Description: We’re seeking a qualified SEBI-registered Research Analyst (RA) or a professional eligible for registration to join as Principal Officer . This role will lead EduVerge Media’s SEBI RA registration process and oversee all compliance, reporting, and regulatory functions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the SEBI Research Analyst registration process for EduInvesting. Serve as the Principal Officer as defined by SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations. Manage all regulatory communication, filings, and audit requirements. Set up and oversee internal compliance frameworks for content approval, recordkeeping, and audit trails. Work with the editorial and research teams to align educational and research output with SEBI standards. Build a compliant and scalable research process for premium subscribers and institutional readership. Qualifications: Must be a SEBI-registered Research Analyst or eligible for registration under SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations. Strong understanding of SEBI regulations, compliance frameworks, and RA reporting obligations. Background in equity research, financial analysis, or compliance management. Excellent documentation, communication, and leadership skills. Preference for candidates with prior experience as a Principal Officer, Compliance Head, or RA. Compensation: Completely open for discussion based on experience, involvement level, and deliverables.
