Job Title: Primary & Junior School Educator

Job Summary:

The Primary & Junior School Educator is responsible for delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons that promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of young learners. The role involves planning, implementing, and assessing an interactive and inclusive curriculum while fostering a safe and positive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Curriculum Implementation:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons based on the curriculum and educational standards.

• Use creative teaching strategies to make learning engaging and effective.

• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs of students.

2.⁠ ⁠Classroom Management:

• Maintain a disciplined yet nurturing classroom environment.

• Establish clear rules and routines to promote respect and responsibility.

• Address behavioral challenges constructively and implement school policies effectively.

3.⁠ ⁠Student Development:

• Foster the cognitive, emotional, and social growth of students.

• Support children in building critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.

• Monitor and document student progress through assessments and report cards.

4.⁠ ⁠Communication:

• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

• Conduct parent-teacher meetings to share updates on student performance and behavior.

• Collaborate with school administrators and other teachers to enhance educational outcomes.

5.⁠ ⁠Professional Growth:

• Stay updated with current teaching practices, tools, and technologies.

• Participate in professional development sessions, workshops, and training.

6.⁠ ⁠Additional Responsibilities:

• Organize co-curricular and extracurricular activities like sports, arts, or cultural events.

• Supervise students during lunch breaks, field trips, and other school activities.

• Assist in creating lesson materials, visual aids, and classroom decor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
