As an Educator for Foundation Courses at Adhyyan Defence Academy, your role will involve delivering concept-driven, interactive, and structured lessons in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. You will design comprehensive lesson plans, study materials, and assessments tailored to the academic curriculum. Conducting doubt-clearing sessions, remedial classes, and personalized mentorship for students will be crucial. Tracking student performance through regular assessments, progress reports, and feedback sessions is essential to ensure academic growth. Maintaining discipline and creating an engaging classroom atmosphere conducive to effective learning is key. Collaboration with the school administration and faculty will be necessary for seamless program execution. Participation in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to provide academic insights on student development is expected. Upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and ethical teaching practices is a core value at Adhyyan Defence Academy. Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/MSc./BSc. or any Bachelor's or Masters degree in the respective subject. - Experience: Minimum 13 years of relevant teaching experience. Prior experience in competitive exam coaching is an added advantage. - Skills Required: Strong subject knowledge and teaching pedagogy, excellent communication, classroom management, and student engagement skills, passion for teaching, mentoring, and academic excellence, ability to motivate and inspire students towards achieving their academic goals.
