Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Educational Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least a Bachelor’s Degree, be fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali, and possess basic student management skills. This role involves working closely with students to provide high-quality education in a coaching center environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging lessons to help students understand and excel in their subjects.- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and additional support where necessary.- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment for students.- Communicate effectively with students and their parents about performance and areas of improvement.- Plan and organize classroom activities to foster student engagement and understanding.- Assist in managing student-related administrative tasks such as attendance and records.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali (spoken and written).- Basic knowledge of student management and maintaining classroom discipline.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.- Familiarity with basic computer applications (MS Office, etc.) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
