Educational Counsellor

An Educational Counsellor is a professional who helps students make informed decisions about their academic and career paths. They guide students through challenges related to education, personal development, and future planning.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Career Guidance:

• Help students choose the right career based on interests, strengths, and market trends.

• Administer aptitude or personality tests if needed.

2. Academic Planning:

• Assist in selecting appropriate courses, subjects, or streams (e.g., Science, Commerce, Arts).

• Advise on higher education options (colleges, universities, vocational training, etc.).

3. Application Assistance:

• Guide students through application processes for schools, colleges, or international universities.

• Help with personal statements, SOPs (Statements of Purpose), and interview preparation.

4. Study Skills & Time Management:

• Teach students effective study habits and how to manage stress or academic pressure.

5. Emotional Support:

• Offer counselling for exam anxiety, peer pressure, lack of motivation, etc.

• Encourage mental wellness and self-confidence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
