Educational Assistant

This is a dual-role position where you will:

1️.Guide students with study-abroad options (Counsellor role)

2️.Manage day-to-day operations of the training centre (Centre Manager role)

Perfect for someone who is organised, great with communication, and enjoys both counselling & management.

Key Responsibilities :

Abroad Education Counselling:

• Counsel students on overseas education options (UK/USA/Canada/Australia/Europe)

• Analyse student profiles & recommend best-fit programs and universities

• Assist with applications, documentation & basic visa process

• Handle student enquiries (walk-ins, calls, online leads)

• Follow-up with students & maintain admission progress reports

Centre Management:

• Convert enquiries & walk-ins into admissions

• Manage daily operations of the centre

• Maintain batch schedules and coordinate with trainers

• Ensure top-quality customer service & student satisfaction

• Handle fee collection & maintain records

• Keep the centre organised, clean, and fully functional

• Support marketing activities, events, seminars, and webinars

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication

• Strong interpersonal & presentation skills

• Pleasant personality, confident, and target-driven

• Ability to multitask and handle responsibility independently

• Experience in overseas counselling is a must / sales / centre management preferred

Work Schedule:

Full-time | Weekends working

Weekly off: Tuesday

Timing: 11 AM – 8 PM (Weekends: 9 AM – 6 PM)

Salary :

₹30,000-35,000 + Incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
