We are seeking a dynamic and highly presentable Admission Counselor with an elegant, attractive personality and excellent communication skills to join our fast-growing Global Online School.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents about our online school programs for Grades KG to 12th.
• Understand student requirements and provide accurate information about curriculum, admission procedures, and other queries.
• Manage inbound inquiries through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Follow up on leads effectively to maximize admissions.
• Maintain student records and provide timely updates to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processes.
• Achieve admission targets while delivering excellent customer experience.
• Represent the organization in a highly professional and presentable manner.

Requirements:

✔ Excellent command of spoken and written English (mandatory).
✔ Highly presentable, confident, and proactive personality.✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.✔ Ability to build rapport with global parents and students.✔ Willingness to work 6 days a week from the office.
✔ Prior experience in counseling, customer handling, or EdTech (preferred but not mandatory).✔ Graduate or higher qualification preferred.
