Education Counselor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and student-focused Admission Counselor to join for our team. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for managing the end-to-end student admission process, engaging with parents, guiding them through admission procedures, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a thorough understanding of University admission norms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries from prospective parents and students through calls, emails and WhatsApp communications
• Provide detailed and accurate information about the university/college curriculum, admission process, policies, and fee structure.
• Coordinate interviews, and other formalities as per the university Guidelines.
• Maintain updated admission records and ensure timely documentation.
• Follow up with leads, respond to queries promptly, and maintain a database of inquiries and conversions.
• Assist in planning and organizing admission events, orientations, and open houses.
• Work closely with academic coordinators and administration to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
• Prepare and share periodic admission reports with the management.
• Stay updated with ongoing updates and changes related to University admissions and compliance.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a University or college .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Pleasant personality with a student and parent-centric approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
