Job Title: Marketing Executive Institutional Collaborations (Target-Based to Permanent) Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and persuasive Marketing Executive to lead strategic outreach and drive institutional collaborations across schools, colleges, and coaching centers. This is a performance-based entry role where the candidate is expected to secure 5 successful institutional partnerships . Upon achieving this target, they will be offered a permanent position with a fixed salary . In addition, bonuses will be awarded for every collaboration beyond the target. As a Marketing Executive, you will act as the first point of contact between EduBarter and potential educational partners. You will be responsible for presenting EduBarters service offerings and convincing decision-makers to adopt our AI + Digital Transformation solutions . Key Responsibilities: Research and identify schools, colleges, and other institutions that can benefit from AI-based transformation. Schedule and conduct outreach activities including emails, calls, online meetings, and direct visits. Clearly communicate the benefits of EduBarters offerings such as: Intelligent Tutoring System (ITS) AI-powered upskilling for teachers Immersive AI + AR/VR Learning Labs AI-driven Automation Solutions across all departments AI-Integrated ERP, CRM, SIS, LMS, and CMS platforms Present EduBarters services using customized pitches and supporting materials. Convince decision-makers of the cost-efficiency, innovation, and long-term impact of adopting our AI-based education solutions. Maintain accurate logs of meetings, leads, status updates, and feedback using internal tracking tools. Collaborate with the core team to schedule demonstrations and ensure smooth onboarding of new partner institutions.
