We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Manager cum Academic Coordinator to oversee the daily operations and academic functions of our online education platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining operations, ensuring smooth academic delivery, coordinating with teachers and students, and implementing quality control processes to enhance learner outcomes and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee and manage end-to-end daily operations of the online learning platform. Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization across departments. Supervise support staff, tech teams, and administrative personnel to ensure seamless service. Ensure timely resolution of student/parent queries and service issues. Monitor platform performance and liaise with tech team to resolve issues and bugs. Academic Coordination: Coordinate academic planning, curriculum delivery, and live class schedules across multiple grades and boards. Liaise with subject matter experts and teachers to ensure high-quality lesson plans and content. Conduct periodic training sessions and performance reviews for educators. Monitor and evaluate student progress and learning outcomes. Ensure timely assignments, assessments, reports, and parent-teacher communications. Maintain academic documentation, reports, and compliance records. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of relevant experience in academic coordination and operations (preferably in ed-tech). Strong understanding of K-12 education boards (CBSE/ICSE/State Boards). Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Traits: Previous experience in an EdTech company or online learning environment. Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams including tech, content, and marketing. Passionate about education and learner success.
